Jose Gonzalez, 25, of 30 Plateau Circle, West Springfield, was sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction with credit for time served on charges of violating probation he had received on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield police.
Sean A. Carter, 32, of 1 Cedar St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Matthew J. Bush, 34, of 51 Yeoman Ave., was released in lieu of $190 pending an October 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of failing to stop/yield, not having a license in his possession and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield State University police.
Michael D. LeBlanc, 27, of 13 Lakeshore Drive, Southwick, had charges of wanton destruction of property over $250, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
Robert L. Nichols, 25, of 538 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and number plate violation to conceal identity, brought by Westfield police.
Alan D. White, 48, of 919 Southampton Road, Apt. J2, was held in lieu of $50,000 cash surety pending a September 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of two counts of photographing an unsuspecting nude person, reckless endangerment of a child and two counts of disseminating photographs of an unsuspecting nude person, brought by Westfield police.
