Demetrius L. Monk, 41, of 54 Warner St., Springfield, was fined $500 after pleading guilty at arraignment to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker and failing to yield at intersection, brought by Westfield police.
Ethan J. Schneider, 32, of 8 Briarcliff Drive, received one year probation and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
Eduardo Martinez, 51, of 192 South Loomis St, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation, brought by Southwick police.
