Gregory W. Bonneau, 23, of 100 Rachael Terrace, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of being an operator of a motor vehicle who refuses to produce an operator’s license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300. He pleaded innocent to charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a second offense), assault and battery on a police officer, failure to wear a seat belt and a marked lanes violation stemming for the same incident and was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 26 jury trial.
Eduard Kostyushko, 27, of 33 RussellvilleRoad, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise and assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $250.
Ali A. Zebian, 24, of 49 Woodsong Road, Westfield, was placed on pretrial probation for one year to resolve charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Keith A. Hunter, 50, of 97 Elm St., Westfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to two concurrent six month terms in the house of correction suspended, with probation for year.
Stephen P. Drenan, 34, of 57 Church St., Westfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
