Charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest brought against Jonathan A. Tufts, 30, of 23 Harvard St., Westfield, by Westfield police were ordered to be dismissed upon immediate payment of $100 in court costs for each charge.
Jacklyn M. Reardon, 33, of 56 E. Carew St., Apt. E, South Hadley, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 13 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of larceny of a credit card brought by Westfield police.
Ethan Santos O’Neill, 19, of 40 Pajak St., Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for six charges of larceny of a firearm, two charges of larceny of property valued more than $1,200 and single charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and wanton destruction of property valued more than $1,200 brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for 18 months. He was assessed $50.
Brandon M. Gallacher, 22, of 25 Douglas Circle, Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for six charges of larceny of a firearm, two charges of larceny of property valued more than $1,200 and single charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and wanton destruction of property valued more than $1,200 brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for 18 months. He was assessed $50.
Lindzee M. Simi, 38, of 184 Prospect Street Extension, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. A charge of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted.
Nicholas S. Serre, 31, of 78 Knollwood Drive, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of entering dwelling at night with intent to commit a felony and breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Serre was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
