Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and illegal dumping of more than six cubic feet of refuse brought against Justin D. Massoni, 48, of 8 Clark St., Springfield, by Southwick police were ordered to be dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs for each charge by July 1.
A charge of indecent assault and battery upon a person 14 years-of-age or older brought against Steven G. Sassi, 57, of 47 Broad St., Apt. 6, Westfield, by Westfield police was not prosecuted.
Nilda Sheehan, 46, of 7 Ferrin Drive, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a July 2 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
