Tracy D. Shaw, 54, of 96 Main St., Russell, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending an Oct. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by State Police.
Brian J. Raymond, 47, of 242 Wendys Road, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Jenus R. Martinez, 20, of 64 Artisan St., Chicopee, pleaded guilty to a charge of leaving the scene of personal injury brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six-month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. She was fined $500 and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $500. She was found to be not responsible for a crosswalk violation and a nontransparent window violation.
