Janet Slate-Brennan, 61, of 11 Blandford Road, Huntington, was released upon payment of $100 cash bail after she was arraigned on charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and resisting arrest brought by State Police.
Luis A. Valdes, 30, of 77 South Maple St., Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery bought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Valdes was released on $1,000 personal surety pending an Aug, 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery
James M. Driscoll, 36, of 11 Chase Ave, Apt. 2, Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 and was sentenced to a 30 day term in the house of correction.
