Vaughn L. Andrews, 34, of 17 Drummond Ave., Enfield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a victim older than 60 years-of-age brought by Westfield police.
Shannon E. Stork, 34, of 50 Southampton Road, Apt. 3B, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 23 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Hassan Kabir, 20, of 104 Stafford St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
John Beauregard, 45, of 125 Miller St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a disabled victim, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and entering at night so as to put a person in fear brought by Westfield police.
Christopher G. Miltmore, 41, of 20 Fernwood Road, Southwick, saw charges of assault and battery and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Sara A. McKendry-Cabana, 38, of 34 Wilson Ave., Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
