Elizabeth M. Lafleur, 29, of 37 Pochassic St., Apt. 2, Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Joseph A. Allen, 29. of 609 Skyline Trail, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Jesse M. Leger, 37, of 325 Alabama St., Ludlow, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 14 hearing after he was arraigned a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Christian S. Velez, 24, of 126 Upon St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police. In a second case also brought by State Police, Velez was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating of an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification.
