Kaitlyn M. Small, 28, of 214 Pine St., Apt. 5R, Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 15 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
Joseph L. St. Denis, 78, of 1155 Elm St., West Springfield, was held in lieu of $25,000 cash bail pending a Sept.28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of aggravated rape of a child with force, indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14 years-of-age and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Michael F. Martinez, 24, of 180 Route 20, Apt. A, Chester, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Sept. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of open and gross lewdness brought by State Police.
