Christopher B. Finch, 28, of 50 Burt Road, Westhampton, admitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol brought by Westfield police and was given probation until Dec. 10, 2021. An additional charge of failure to stop for a police officer was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. He pled guilty to a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was found not responsible for a charge of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Bailey R. Bleau, 22, of 140 Meadow St., Westfield was found responsible for a charge of failure to stop for a police officer brought by the Westfield police. He admitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding for a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle. He was found not responsible for charges of having an unregistered motor vehicle, a motorcycle equipment violation, two counts of failure to stop or yield, and speeding.
Bruce E. Jarsen, 61, of 1183 Newgate Rd., Suffield, Conn. was found not responsible for charges of speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police. He admitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was given 10 hours of community service. An additional charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.
