Daniel P. Clark Jr., 29, of 18 Sterling St., Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police. A second charge of assault and battery was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Jamie K. Patrick, 29, of 373 Prospect Street Extension, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $250 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation. A charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
David A. Horowitz, 57, of 2 Sunset Drive, Enfield, Conn., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. Two charges of breaking into a depository were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
A charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police against Jahsef Edwards, 43, of 152 Eastern Ave., Springfield, was dismissed without prejudice.
Mikayla S. Mucha, 29, of 9 Pauline Circle, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $250 and found to be not responsible for charges failure to stop or yield and making an improper turn. A charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted.
