Ryan D. Gagne, 26, of 50 Roosevelt Ave., Westfield, was found responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle were dismissed upon payment of the assessment.
Javier Quiles, 40, of 154 Northwest Road, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Mark R. Blahut, 19, of 29 Camelot Lane, Westfield, was held without right to bail pending a May 18 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice brought by Westfield police.
