Anthony J. Veilleux, 26, of 46 Worcester Ave., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for 18 months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Ethan J. Tobin, 20, of 294 Crawford St., Northborough, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of alcohol.
Gregory R. Jordan, 33, of 15 Sheep Pasture Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of a credit card brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $249 in restitution.
Christine E. Lindsey, 43, of 55 Paul Revere Drive, Feeding Hills, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 24 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class E drug brought by State Police.
