Tiffany E. Reno, 27, of 5 Sackett St, Westfield, was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Gamaliel Agosto, 24, of 26 West School St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for 11 months. He was assessed $50.
Guillermina Vega, 46, of 44 Mechanic St., Westfield was found to have violated probation imposed when she pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by asportation in September, 2017, and her probation was extended until Sept. 13, 2019. In a new case also brought by Westfield police, Vega pleaded guilty to charges of shoplifting by asportation and trespass and was sentenced to a two year term and a 30 day term in the house of correction, both of which were suspended, with probation for one year. She was assessed $50. In a second new case also bought by Westfield police, Vega pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200. She was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction, also suspended, to be served concurrently with the previous sentences and placed on probation for one year. She was assessed $50. In a third new case also bought by Westfield police, Vega pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200.
