Justin R. Robillard, 37, of 9 Clinton St., Chicopee, was arraigned on charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor with a license previously suspended for operating under the influence of liquor, speeding on the Massachusetts Turnpike and failure to stop for police brought by Massachusetts State Police. He was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 17 pre-trial hearing.
