Jason E. Kapinos, 35, of 96 Hawks Circle, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending an Oct. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of criminal harassment brought by Westfield police.
Katie A. Hillard, 39, of 32 Ed Holcomb Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a Nov. 22 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
James Labb, 78, of 235 Falley Drive, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, assault and battery on a victim 60 years-of-age or older, vandalizing property and assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
Adam W. Sullivan, 41, of 151 Franklin St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of making a false motor vehicle insurance claim brought by an investigator representing the Insurance Fraud Bureau of Massachusetts.
