Jon C. Esteves, 25, of 34 Brighton St., Springfield, saw a charge of unlicensed operation a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon immediate payment $50 in court costs. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit.
Patrick F. Bell, 52, of 68 Granville Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Ruth L. Clark, 57, of 6 Murphy Circle, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 15 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny from a person 65 year-of-age or older, possession of a Class B drug and intimidating a police officer brought by Southwick police.
Aaron M. Famosi, 47, of 55 Ledge Lane, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of photographing sexual or intimate parts of a child brought by Chester police.
Brian A. Annette, 31, of 134 Union St., Apt. 79, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked (a subsequent offense) and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Shakeem K. Scott, 35, of 21 Summer St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
