Dmitriy S. Farin, 30, of 42 Dana St., Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. His license was suspended for two years, a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth and he was found to be not responsible for a state highway traffic violation.
Craig R. Weise, 34, of 37 Lawn St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Dylan C. Asselin, 23, of 7 Butler St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police and a marked lanes violation brought by Granville police. In a second case brought by Westfield police, Asselin was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield.
Ernest M. Degrandpre, 67, of 1 Cortez St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of indecent exposure brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year.
