Kadeem Robinson, 28, of 706 Vermont St., Brooklyn, N.Y., was released on his personal recognizance with pretrial conditions pending an Oct. 22 pretrial hearing after he was arraigned on charges of uttering a counterfeit note, passing counterfeit notes and larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police. In a second case brought by Agawam police, Robinson was again released on his personal recognizance with pretrial conditions pending an Oct. 22 pretrial hearing after he was arraigned on two charges each of uttering a counterfeit note, passing a counterfeit note, larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and conspiracy. In a third case also brought by Agawam police, Robinson was again released on his personal recognizance with pretrial conditions pending an Oct. 22 pretrial hearing after he was arraigned on charges of uttering a counterfeit note, passing a counterfeit note and larceny of property valued less than $1,200.
Amanda C. Normandie, 38, of 10 Shore Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $250 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth and she was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation.
