Dylan C. Cross, 24, of 84 Otter Point Road, Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years of age or older and was placed on probation for one year. He was ordered to immediately pay a $50 assessment.

Ted W. Rios, 36, of 134 Main St., Russell, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a Feb. 16, 2022, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Russell police.

Joshua A. Clemente Rodriguez, 34, of 56 Fort Pleasant Ave., Apt. 4A, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for 18 months. In a second case brought by the Hampden County District Attorney, Rodriguez submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of intimidating a witness and was placed on probation for 18 months, concurrent with the previous sentence.

Julia N. Kelly, 21, of 46 Plantation Circle, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 10, 2022, hearing after she was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, brought by Southwick police.

Russell M. Gray, 51, of 14 Bates St., Apt. 14, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 4, 2022, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (a second offense) and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
