Javier Quiles, 40, of 154 Northwest Road, Westfield, was held without right to bail after Judge William O’Grady allowed a motion for pretrial detention due to his dangerousness when he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery with a serious bodily injury brought by Westfield police.
