Jose O. Dejesus, 35, of 126 Union St., #1216, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Brittany Marie Fountain, 19, of 63 West St., Holyoke, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police ordered to be dismissed if warrant fees are paid by Aug. 3. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to yield at an intersection.
