Alvin Suliveres, 58, of 3 Jefferson St., 2nd. Flr., Westfield, was held without right to bail pending a June 4 dangerousness hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and strangulation or suffocation brought by Westfield police.
Crystal L. Therrien, 42, of 42 Sycamore St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending a June 3 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of possession of a Class A drug brought by the Hampden County District Attorney.
Ronald P. Skroczky, 53, of 26 School St., Apt. 4, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending an Aug. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a family or household member and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Justin M. Welch, 33, of 135 Springdale Road, Westfield, was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail pending a June 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of personal injury, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a passing violation brought by Westfield police.
Gamaliel Nazarrio, 18, of 15 Taylor St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
Kayla E. Babski, 38, of 223 Reservoir Ave., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 4 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police.
