James R. Keighley, 38, of 78Main St., Blandford, was placed on pretrial probation for one month after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of personal injury brought by Westfield police and was ordered to pay $50 in court costs.
Dana L. Ward, 65, of 148 Point Grove Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until Sept. 4, 2019. In a second case also brought by Southwick Police, Ward submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until Sept. 4, 2019. He was found to be not responsible for a number plate violation. In a third case also brought by Southwick Police, Ward pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass and was sentenced to the time he had served (34 days) awaiting trial. In a fourth case also brought by Southwick Police, Ward pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass and was sentenced to the time he had served awaiting trial, to be served concurrently with the sentence in the third case. In a fifth case also brought by Southwick Police, Ward (with an address of Granby Motel, Apt. 7B, Granby Conn.) pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until Sept. 4, 2019. In a sixth case also brought by Southwick Police, Ward submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of trespass and was sentenced to the time he had served awaiting trial, to be served concurrently with the sentence in the third case. In a seventh case also brought by Southwick Police, Ward (again with an address of Granby Motel, Apt. 7B, Granby Conn.) pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass and was sentenced to the time he had served awaiting trial, to be served concurrently with the sentence in the third case.
Victor M. Gonzalez, 22, of 51 Van Deene Ave., Apt. F5, West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of uttering a false check brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of attempting to commit a crime was dismissed the request of the Commonwealth.
James A. Rogulski, 29, of 113 Franklin St., Apt. 2B, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Rogulski submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Christina G. Piguette, 24, of 29 Vernon St., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year.
