Charges of disorderly conduct and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought against Abdifatah M. Hussein, 25, of 10 Washington St., Apt. D, Westfield, by State Police were each dismissed upon immediate payments of $100 in court costs for each offense. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and a charge of refusing to produce a driver’s license was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Leon Peysakov, 18, of 32 Waterford Drive, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a misdemeanor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was ordered to complete four hours of community service and found to be responsible for a charge of trespass.
Timothy Yurovskiyh, 19, of 2 Ellis St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was ordered to complete four hours of community service and to complete a court ordered program. A charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor was ordered to be dismissed upon completion of the same program and he was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass.
