David J. Carvalho, 30, of no fixed address in Holyoke, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
Michael W. Jette, 37, of 101 Franklin St., 2nd. Flr., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a June 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug (a subsequent offense) and possession of a Class E drug (a subsequent offense) brought by Westfield police.
Timothy O’Brien, 34, of 57 Churchill Road, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a June 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of distribution of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Brandon K. Knoll, 28, of 73 Fairview Ave., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a June 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class C drug, distribution of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Heather L. Tessier, 36, of 101 Franklin St., 2nd. Flr., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a June 16 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
Christopher D. Bourbeau, 24, of 67 Pontoosic Road, Westfield, pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. Charges of wanton destruction of property valued less than $1,200 and assault and battery on a family or household member were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Abdikadir M. Hussein, 29, of 10D Washington St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, speeding in violation of special regulations, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, failure to stop or yield and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
