Brendan M. Ridley, 27, of 478 Main Rd., Granville, was released on $500 cash bail pending June 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Southwick police.
Jenny R. LaPlante, 32, of 19 Day Ave., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Matthew A. Gogal, 34, of 914 Western Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charges of operating motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Timothy Moses, 47, of 416 Fernbark Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding at a rate exceeding posted limits brought by Westfield police.
