Jay S. Hulse, 46, of 12 Alice Burke Way, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Nikki A. Minichino, 31, of 17 Pineywood Road, Southwick, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Eilud Colon-Lopez, 47, of 65 Center St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Eva D. Ortiz, 33, of 15 Longmeadow Terrace, Springfield, saw charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Jace A. Morales, 21, of 61 Abbe Ave., Springfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by State Police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence .
Marilyn J. Potter, 61, of 1430 Russell Road, Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
