Francisco A. Saillant, 54, of 413 Main St., Apt. 1, Springfield, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending a June 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor brought by Westfield police.
Michael W. Jette, 50, of 101 Franklin St., 2nd. Flr, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 17 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.
Daniel J. Wall, 43, of 40 Shepard St., Apt. B, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Two charges of assault and battery and a charge of strangulation or suffocation brought against David L. Guin, 65, of 293 Paper Mill Road, Westfield, by Westfield police were dismissed when the Commonwealth declined to prosecute due to the alleged victim’s failure to cooperate.
