Nathan Mark, 44, of 57 Crane Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 9, 2022, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property valued less than $1,200 and larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
Jennifer R. Grayson, 30, of 187 Florence Road, Apt. 7A, Florence, was found to be responsible for a charge of violation of a harassment protective order brought by Westfield police and was assessed $250.
A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought against Matthew T. Levesque, 44, of 140 Union St., Apt. 57, Westfield, by Westfield police, was ordered to be dismissed upon immediate payment of a $200 assessment.
Segundo Serrano, 40, of 92 Wilbur St., Springfield, was released upon payment of $500 cash bail pending a Feb. 9, 2022, healing after he was arraigned on two charges of possession of a class A drug, two charges of possession of a class B drug, and a single charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
