Dustin V. Hebert, 33, of 193 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to complete the Brains at Risk program. A charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted and a charge of speeding was dismissed by the court.
