Jose L. Serrano, 33, of 98 Carr St., #A, Springfield, was held in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $150,000 surety after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
Amy J. Savoy, 35, of 11 Bush St., Westfield, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Savoy was again held in lieu of $100 cash bail after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200. In a third case also brought by Westfield police, Savoy was again held in lieu of $100 cash bail after she was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued less than $1,200.
Karen M. McCarthy, 53, of 20 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Agawam police.
Clifford J. Forrett Jr., 28, of 32 Crown St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
