Carl J. Wright, 33, of 215 Huntington St., Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of property damage brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50, a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
