Joshua Lebron, 31, of 63 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance with pretrial conditions pending a Nov. 10 pretrial hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle and two charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
Diamond T. Davis-Fee, 24, of 101 Washington St. 2nd. Flr., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of improper use of a credit card valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50. A charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Nicholas Smith, 19, of 100 Shuttle Meadow Ave., Apt. 2, New Britain, Conn, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disorderly conduct, breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building and larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90. A second charge of larceny of a motor vehicle was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
