Jeffrey D. Krawczyk, 29, of 36 Stuart Place, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise and inhaling a toxic substance brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Krawczyk was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise and trespass.
Tracie L. Blakely-Buikus, 38, of 15 Demond Ave., Westfield, saw a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of restitution in the amount of $427.68.
Joshua E, Redfern, 32, of 15 Demond Ave., Westfield, saw a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of restitution the amount of $427.68.
Christian M. Burton-Hill, 33, of 40 Rittenhouse Terrace, Springfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Sept. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charges strangulation or suffocation, larceny of property valued less than $1,200, intimidating a witness and violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
