Kayla E. Babski, 38, of 223 Reservoir Road, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police, and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300 and her license was suspended for 45 days. Charges of child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and disorderly conduct were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth, and she was found to be responsible for a charge of resisting arrest.
A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought against David M. Range, 44, of 159 Hadley St., Springfield, by Westfield police, was ordered to be dismissed upon immediate payment of court costs in the amount of $100. He was found to be not responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations.
Everett F. Pitts, 78, of 7 Toledo Ave., Westfield, was released (with pretrial conditions) upon payment of $200 cash bail pending a Nov. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Andrea J. Jasinski, 43, of 35 Country Club Drive, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending an Oct. 13 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and assault on ambulance personnel brought by Westfield police.
