Jolene R. Bettro, 35, of 868 Southampton Road, #72, Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year to be served concurrently with probation imposed by Hampden Superior Court in a separate case. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Paul J. Russell, 32, of 669 Main Road, Apt. 2, Granville was released on his personal recognizance pending a Oct. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, intimidating a witness and resisting arrest brought by State Police.
Victor C. Ferrentino, 58, of 131 College Highway, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Oct. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Southwick police.
Thomas H. Favreau Jr., 31, of 12 Phelps Ave., Westfield, was fined $100 (or equivalent community service) after he was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Michael Hiltbrand, 37, of 5 Green Ave., Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny for a building brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction with credit for any time served awaiting trial. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and was placed on probation for two years. He was assessed $90. Lyndsay M. Beaumier, 33, of 19 Green Ave., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of trespass, disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
