Kristina M. Masso, 39, of 56 Orange St., Westfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle on the Massachusetts Turnpike with insufficient fuel and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Zachary P. Johnson, 24, of 1185 Huntington Road, Russell, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Jason Santos, 35, of 41 Lakeview Terrace, Derby, Conn., was held in lieu of $20,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on four charges of uttering a counterfeit note, four charges of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and possession of ten or more counterfeit notes brought by Westfield police. Cheyenne L. Palen, 19, of 41 Lakeview Terrace, Derby, Conn., was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail after she was arraigned on four charges of uttering a counterfeit note, four charges of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and possession of ten or more counterfeit notes brought by Westfield police. Anthony T. Johnson, 45, of 47 Pendleton St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 20 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
