David J. Bein Jr., 28, of 87 Meadow St., 2nd Flr., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor brought by State Police.
Robbie J. Bancroft, 51, of 4A Eagle St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
A charge of assault and battery brought against Bonnie Brown, 51, of 36 Knollwood Drive, Westfield, by Westfield police was dismissed at the request of the alleged victim after she declared she had received compensation for her claims of injury.
Destiny I. Coll, 20, of 28 Copperfield Road, Worcester, was released on her personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending an Oct. 18 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of trespass and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
