Avimael Martinez, 21, of 76 Armory St., Springfield, Mass., was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 19 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, brought by the Westfield Police.
Peter J. Lopez, 50, of 36 Harkness Ave., Springfield, Mass., was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 19 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a registration suspended, brought by State Police of Russell.
Kirk A. Reynolds, 27, of 83 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, Mass., received one year probation after pleading guilty to one count of larceny over $250, brought by the Southwick Police.
