Andrew D. Wood, 25, of 19 Jefferson St., 1st Flr., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Tariq B. Sierra, 22, of 32 Hammer St., 3rd Flr., East Hartford, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, refusing to produce a driver’s license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, receiving stolen property valued less than $1,200 and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police.
Shannon L. Cullinane, 43, of 176 Fulton St., Norwood, was released on her personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a July 14 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Donald C. Heenan, 64, of 23 George St., Apt. C, Westfield, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending a June 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of failure to surrender a firearm brought by Westfield police. In a second case, also brought by Westfield police, Heenan was held without right to bail pending a May 14 dangerousness hearing after he was arraigned on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity firearm and possession of ammunition without a Firearms Identification Card. At the dangerousness hearing, Heenan was ordered to be held without right to bail pending a June 8 hearing.
