Paul H. Reitz, 50, of 112 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was ordered to pay $200 in restitution and was placed on pretrial probation for nine months after he was arraigned on two charges of defacing property brought by Southwick police. A third charge of defacing property was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Olivia R. Gilman, 27, of 188 Mort Vining Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted and she was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Melissa A. Lakavich, 47, of 24B Harvard St., Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. She was found to be not responsible for a state highway traffic violation.
Cole Saunders, 22, of 294 Salem St., Wakefield, was placed on pretrial probation for three months after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police. He was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass and was fined $100.
Blake Scanlon, 24, of 92 White St., 2nd Flr., Westfield, saw charges of murder, assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court.
