Tara M. McCorison, 42, of 25 Randall St., Palmer, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police.
Richard M. Settle, 46, of 39 Strawberry Hill Road, Agawam, was placed on pre-trial probation for three months and was ordered to pay $500 in restitution after he was arraigned a charge of leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police. In a second case brought by Agawam police, Settle submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350 and his license was suspended for 45 days.
Derek P. Brannan, 25, of 130 Russell Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of selling or delivering alcohol to a person younger than 21 years-of-age brought by Westfield police.
Ilya Gavrilyuk, 39, of 10 Sackett St., Apt. 10, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of selling or delivering alcohol to a person younger than 21 years-of-age brought by Westfield police.
Blake M. Hammond, 22, of 33 Pleasant Bay Road, Harwich, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
