Joseph A. Barnoski III, 34, of 5 Maplecrest Circle, Apt. C, Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a Dec. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
