A change of assault and battery brought against Kimberlee A. Bancroft, 49, of 4A Eagle St., Southwick, by Southwick police, was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth. In a second case brought by Westfield police, Bancroft, who is also known as Kimberlee A. Koske with an address of 64 Moseley Ave., Westfield, pleaded guilty to three charges of assault and battery and was placed on probation for one year. In a third case, brought by Southwick police, Koske, at an address of 8 Eagle St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300 and her license was suspended for 45 days. She pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest and was placed on probation for one year. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a class E drug were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.
