Derek J. McDougall, 21, of 27 Greenwood St., was found to be responsible for a charge of improper operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $20. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Aleksandr Stepanchuk, 26, of 137 Great Plains Road, West Springfield, was found to be responsible for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police and was assessed $100.
Ryan Poulin, 22, of 372 Montgomery Road, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Luis A. Serrano, 51, of 42 Blodgett St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was sentenced to a 90-day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Robert Giroux Jr., 49, of 34 Ridgeway Ave., was ordered to remain drug-free and be subject to random screening and to abide by all protective orders when he was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Christopher B. Burke, 33, of 669 Main Road, Granville, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Granville police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
John M. Lyttle, 18, of 9 Sackett St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50, enjoined from making any threats or violence toward Commonwealth witnesses and ordered to have no contact with and stay at least 100 yards away from the victim.
Pablo A. Baez, 41, of 6 Cycle St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim after she asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Rudene Westbrook, 34, of 7 Sackett St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Christopher D. Leclair, 22, of 347 Pochassic Road, was placed on pretrial probation of six months after he was arraigned on charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Patricia A. Hill, 61, of 16 Monroe St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of improper use of a credit card valued less than $250 and charges of improper use of a credit card valued more than $250, improper receiving of a credit card valued more than $250, improper receiving of a credit card valued less than $250, receiving a lost credit card and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $1,091.21.
