Michael L. Peterson, 44, of 250 College Highway, Southwick, admitted to sufficient facts of assault and battery, but the case was continued without a finding until June 9, 2013. Peterson was issued a probation warning, fees, and fines, and ordered to stay away from the victim. The Commonwealth chose not to pursue a charge of intimidating a witness, but asked the defendant to comply with a 209A order.
Leslie A. Buschmann, 40, of 67 Orange St., Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of disorderly conduct but the case was continued without a finding until June 19, 2013. Buschmann was ordered to stay away from the victim. The defendant also admitted to sufficient facts of violating and abuse prevention order, but the case was continued without a finding until June 19, 2013. The Commonwealth asked Buschmann to comply with a 209A order as well.
Jonathan M. Massee, 43, of 21 Sperry Road, Blandford, was found guilty with his consent for a charge of resisting arrest. The Commonwealth chose not to pursue a charge of resisting arrest.
Luke Rossi, 54, of 80 Bungalow St., Southwick, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. Rossi was released on his own personal recognizance, pending no threats or violations are made to victim and complying with a 209A order. A pretrial hearing was set for February 6, 2013.
Robert L. Leja, Jr., of 43 Simmons Brook Drive, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of failing to yield at an intersection, not being in possession of registration, possession of a class A drug, and possession of a class C drug. Leja was released on his own personal recognizance. Fees and fines were issued. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for February 27, 2013.
Darlene A. Morse, 46, of 3 Jefferson St., First Floor, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and attempted murder. Morse posted $1,000 cash/surety bail. She was ordered to stay away from the victim, comply with a 209A order, and remain alcohol free. A pretrial hearing was set for January 17, 2013.
Jonathan T. Brown, Sr., 31, of 181 Main Street, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of failing to wear a seat belt, possession of a class C drug, and possession of a class A drug, Brown was released on his own personal recognizance, pending a pretrial conference on February 27, 2013.
Maxwell R. Peterson, 21, of 167 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation. Peterson was released on his own personal recognizance, pending a February 27, 2013 pretrial hearing.
Alida Rosario, 39, of 33 Montgomery St., Westfield, was found responsible (with the defendant’s consent) of negligent operation of a motor vehicle on the Massachusetts Turnpike. Rosario also admitted to sufficient facts of operating under the influence of liquor, and issued a probation warning through December 10, 2013.
Dustin O. Grandchamp, 22, of 868 Southampton Road, Westfield, was arraigned on two counts of receiving stolen property under $250, larceny over $250, and larceny under $250. The case was held over from November 25, 2012 for failing to appear in court. A pretrial hearing was set for February 6, 2013.
Ryan Cechvala, 27, of 15 Family Lane, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of larceny over $250, but the case was continued without a finding until June 19, 2013. A probation warning was issued, and Cechvala was ordered to stay away from the victim and remain alcohol free. Fees and fines were issued.
