Brian D. Boisseau, 49, of 24 Sperry Road, Blandford, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. Boisseau was released on his own personal recognizance, pending a pretrial hearing on February 6, 2013.
Karissa Leblanc, 23, of 18 Bates St., Apartment A, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of distributing class B and class D drugs (2 counts), but the case was continued without a finding until December 20, 2013. Fees and fines were issued. The Commonwealth chose not to pursue a charge of two counts of drug violations near school/park.
Adam P. Cloutier, 21, of no known address, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of larceny from a person and assault and battery. Cloutier was held on $2,500 person/surety bail. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for February 1, 2013.
Nicholas R. Spencer, 24, of 35 Spencer St., Springfield, was arraigned on charges of firearm-armed and masked robbery, larceny-daytime, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and breaking into a depository. Spencer is accused of holding up a CVS in Agawam for Oxycontin. Spencer is being held on $25,000 cash/$250,000 surety. A court hearing is scheduled for January 15, 2013.
Jane L. Fong, 46, of 71 Woodmont St., Apartment A, Westfield, was found not responsible for having no inspection sticker, and a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license will be dismissed upon payment of court fees by February 20, 2013.
Kimberly L. McCullough, 36, of 140 Union St., Apartment C43, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of two counts of violating an abuse prevention order, but the case was continued without a finding until June 20, 2013. Fees and fines were issued.
Shawn W. Haney, 35, of 64 Van Block Ave., Apartment 9C, Hartford, Conn., was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a bulding-daytime for felony (3 counts) and larceny over $250 (2 counts). Haney was held on $10,000 cash bail for the alleged incident which occurred in Southwick.
Omar L. Dejesus, 33, of 69 Court St., Apartment C2, Westfield, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property over $250. Dejesus was ordered to serve one year in the House of Corrections direct concurrent with the Hampden County Superior Court.
