, 35, of 324 Russell Road, Apt. B., was sentenced to serve 127 days of a one year sentence, with credit for time served, in the Western Massachusetts Correctional Alcohol Center, received one year probation after pleading guilty to assault and battery on ambulance personnel and pleading guilty to assault and battery on a police officer with charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed for plea purposes brought by Westfield police.
Joseph T. Nava, 20, of 155 Main Street, 1st Floor, had charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after the victim asserted her Fifth Amendment right.
David Munoz, 32, of 155 Main Street, Apt. 1, had charges of destruction of property over $250, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after the victim asserted her Fifth Amendment right.
William Garcia-Luna, 31, of 50 Southampton Rd, #73, was released on his own recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after being charged with leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police.
Michael Casasanta, 19, of 39 Emmons St., Milford, had charges of possession of liquor on a person under 21 and vandalizing property, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed after paying $98.
Barbara Doull, 36, of 27A Main Street, Chester, received one year probation, ordered to stay away from victim, and fined $100 after charges of assault and battery were dismissed without a finding brought by State Police Russell.
David Quaker, 34, of 40 N. Ridge Road, Otis, was sentenced to 60 days in the house of correction and placed on probation until December 1 after being found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license with charges of violation marked lanes dismissed brought by State Police Russell.
